Meet the PBS team

PBS was founded in 2002 by Todd Randa with the goal of creating a powerful and user friendly web software solution that allows Florida Tax Collectors to easily manage their daily activities. In 2003, Joe DeAngelis joined the team, bringing with him the knowledge and experience of a successful Property Tax System deployment at Hillsborough County.

Todd and Joe have over 30 years combined software development and project management, with 13 years of that being specific to Florida tax systems. The company is currently deploying their property tax system and several other requested modules with great success. Todd Randa, co-owner of PBS has designed and developed p-tax, a comprehensive Property Tax Management solution that is a completely web-based (zero footprint) J2E solution.
