November 2009:  Franklin County, FL contracts with Pacific Blue Software, Inc. for its Property Tax Management System.  Pacific Blue Software has agreed to contract terms with the Franklin County Tax Collector for the implementation of p-tax, Pacific Blue Software's web based Property Tax Billing and Collection System.  p-tax is scheduled to go live in Franklin County June of 2010.  Pacific Blue Software. June 2009: Manatee County, FL used Tacera to sell 5,112 certificates during their annual certificate auction. The bid sale generated over $23 million for tax revenues.  In addition to the Bid Sale, Tacera was also used to conduct their Buy Sale that sold 1,438 certificates, generating over $3 million. April 2009: Putnam County, FL contracts with Pacific Blue Software, Inc. for new Property Tax Management System.  Pacific Blue Software has agreed to contract terms with the Putnam County Tax Collector for the implementation of p-tax, Pacific Blue Software's web-based Property Tax Billing and Collection System. p-tax is scheduled to be running parallel by January 2010.  Joe DeAngelis and Todd Randa, owners of Pacific Blue Software, Inc. are looking forward to working with Ken Mahaffey, Putnam County Tax Collector, and his team to implement p-tax in the county's Tax Collection office. April 2009: Manatee County, FL Tax Collector has begun using the Beta Version of Pacific Blue Software's Image Scanning System, Symeon.  Symeon will allow users to search for checks and other images by searching for text contained within the image.

March 2009: Manatee County, FL Tax Collector goes live with Pacific Blue Software's online Certificate Auction system, Tacera. Bidders are already using the system to browse available certificates.
